Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. We take quality control seriously, but in the rare event that a defective or damaged product is shipped to you, we will promptly address the issue.


Non-Delivery of Products: If you have not received your product within the specified delivery period, you may be eligible for a refund. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that you receive your order or provide a refund if necessary.


Incorrect Product Shipment: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund. We strive to ensure accurate order fulfillment, but if there is an error in shipment, we will rectify the situation promptly.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

 

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide them with your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our technician will take care of any damaged products or issues on-site to determine the validity of the refund request.


Assessment by Our Technician: Once we receive your refund request, our technician will be dispatched to your location to assess the condition of the product or the issue you are facing. They will carefully examine the product and verify the reason for the refund.


Refund Evaluation: IAfter our technician has evaluated the product, we will assess the refund based on their findings. We may contact you for further clarification if needed. If the refund request is not approved, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the decision.


Refund Policy:

For Domestic Clients: In the event of order cancellation and refund, the buyer has to inform us within 3 working days. The refund amount will be 70% of the total amount paid at the time of purchase. The amount will be transferred within 3 days.


For International Clients: In the event of order cancellation and refund, the buyer has to inform us within 7 working days. The refund amount will be 70% of the total amount paid at the time of purchase. The amount will be transferred within 7 days.


Please be aware that the refund policy outlined above applies to all refund requests. It is essential to adhere to the specified timeframes to be eligible for a refund. N.B.: Machine installation charges can’t be reimbursed.

Customized Products: Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
