3 Colour + Stack Unit (Automatic)

•   Three colour on one side of the web
•   3 Colour unit comprise of three printing couples surrounding a common     impression cylinder which facilitates three colour printing on one side     of the web.
•   High quality of 4 colour printing on one side of the web and one colour     on the other can be printed when a stacked blanket to blanket unit is     mounted on this colour unit
•   Colour unit is equipped with continuous feed inking system with an     oscillation drum between first and second form rollers to ensure even     and smooth coverage of ink.


Mono Unit

•   Key/screw type swing down ink fountain
•   Short vertical web lead
•   Dynamically balanced hard chromium plated solid plate and blanket     cylinders.
•   In the plate cylinder, slit or spring type plate lock-up.
•   Manual side register system on both plate cylinders, for on the run     adjustment.
•   Ultra narrow gap (1.7mm) in plate cylinder with register pins.


Super Folder (1:2) With Balloon Former

•   Capacity of Ronald Super Folder is 30,000 cph
•   Main drive shafts coupled with keyway hub and Thomas coupling at     cylinder height ensures minimum backlash and smooth power     transmission
•   R.T.F. roller, cutting cylinder and jaw cylinder are dynamically     balanced
•   Centralised oil pressure lubrication for drive gears
•   Electronic copy counter
•   Kicker for predetermined no. of copies
